Introduction to SHE Representative Duties: Understanding the role of a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Representative, the importance of workplace health and safety, and the legal responsibilities associated with promoting a safe working environment.

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Learning to identify workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, potential risks, and unsafe work practices, while understanding basic risk assessment procedures and appropriate control measures.

Occupational Health & Safety Procedures: Training covers workplace safety inspections, incident and accident reporting, personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work procedures, emergency preparedness, and measures to prevent workplace injuries and occupational illnesses.
